This 3 bedroom home plus a den sleeps 8 comfortably with primary bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, and 4th bedroom/den with two twin beds. The home was nice, clean and well appointed. Pool and patio were beautiful. The in/out instructions were straightforward and easy. The host made us feel welcome and checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was alright. 2nd year in a row we stayed here. Great location for anyone attending a conference at JW Marriott but looking to stay off property. Location is well stocked and had a great pool with a back yard oasis that’s great for starting the day and ending the night.

Wonderful stay

We have rented in Phoenix for 10 years. This was the best stocked property. Lots of towels, bedding and great pots and pans for cooking. She even left fresh ground coffee in the freezer! There was a box of toiletries in case one was forgotten. Shyann responded quickly to any concerns we raised. We hope to stay here again next year.
