The Space:

This standalone guest house (casita) is designed for privacy and fun. It is located in the backyard of a main residence but features its own secure entrance and outdoor space.

• Shared Pickleball Court: Access to a pickleball court located on-site (shared with the main house). (Please note: We recommend bringing your own paddles and balls to ensure you have the best game possible).

• Living Area: Open-concept space with a Smart TV, dedicated workspace for remote workers, and comfortable seating.

• Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, and coffee maker. Stocked with pots, pans, and the essentials for home-cooked meals.

• Bedroom: Features a Queen-sized bed with blackout shades for a restful night's sleep.

• Bathroom: Clean and modern with a walk-in shower and fresh towels.

• Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

• Living Room: Queen Air Mattress available upon request



⚠️ Honest Expectations (Please Read):

• Multi-Unit Property: A main home shares the lot with this guesthouse. Each has its own dedicated entrance and private indoor space. You will not come into contact with other guests inside your residence; however, you may see them in the driveway or at the shared pickleball court.

• The "Garage": Please note, while some listing sites may categorize this structure as a converted garage, it is a fully finished, standalone guest house.

• Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway or on the street. (Note: There is no covered garage parking for guest vehicles).

• The Yard: We perform regular landscaping, but as this is a desert environment, please watch for "stickers" or burrs in the grass if you have pets.



Guest Access:

Check-in is entirely seamless via a secure keypad. You will receive your unique door code prior to arrival. Dedicated parking is available in the on-premises garage and driveway.

Other Things to Note:

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. Please contact the host to confirm the amount; it is fully refundable as long as the property is left in good condition.

• Pet Friendly: We welcome your furry friends! Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.

• House Rules: To maintain a great relationship with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
