This unique sapce, perfect for 2-4 guests, features eclectic art, a modern kitchen, stained concrete floors and tons of natural light. it's just steps or a short Waymo/Uber ride from Phoenix's popular 7th Street Restaurant Row, offering a prime location for food lovers. Enjoy a blend of classic design and modern comfort in this one-of-a-kind home.

The Property
Step into a stylish 1964 Ralph Haver mid-century modern condo where classic design meets eco-conscious living. Bathed in natural light from industrial skylights, this home oozes style with its stained concrete floors, eclectic decor, and a unique collection of vintage furniture and art. Nothing is vanilla in this home!

The condo was completely renovated in 2018, is freshened regulary and boasts numerous unique features:

* **Living Area:** Open-concept space with stained concrete floors, vintage furniture, and unique art pieces.
* **Kitchen:** A fully renovated kitchen featuring reclaimed quartz countertops and an exotic stone island, perfect for preparing meals.
* **Eco-Friendly Features:** We've invested in a greener earth with foam-injected walls for insulation and desert landscaping to significantly reduce water usage.
* **Art & Design:** The experience is completed by a vibrant sunflower mural in the courtyard, painted by a local artist friend.

Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condo. You are welcome to use the shared courtyard and the gas BBQ grill. BBQ cooking utensils are provided inside the condo for your sole use.

* **Shared Spaces:** The courtyard and grill are shared with one long-time resident. We kindly ask that you are considerate and speak with lowered voices when passing their home.
* **Parking:** Parking is convenient with one reserved space for you at the back of the property. Free, unreserved street parking is also available out front.

Interaction with Guests
We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present during your visit, we are always available via phone or message if you need anything at all—from extra supplies to local recommendations. Your comfort is our priority.

Nice accommodations and amenities, inside and out. Shower pressure is good, but water temperature can fluctuate. Walkable to several delicious eateries and a live music venue. A Safeway grocery store is nearby, and Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak are in close proximity. A nice location, with easy travel to and from our various excursions and outings in and around Phoenix. Had an excellent time during our stay, and the host is helpful and attentive. Would stay again if in the area.

Fabulous place to stay! If you love the Mid Century style, you’ll appreciate the attention to detail the host put into preserving and decorating the property. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are heavenly, and the location allows you to take advantage of the best PHO has to offer. Will, the host, is very accommodating. His house manual has some great reviews of nearby restaurants, or avail yourself of the goodies at AJ’s fine foods and cook on property. Fa-get about Scottsdale; leave that to the tourists. Central Phoenix is where it’s at.

This artistic mid-century condo is wonderful. It is immaculate and is well stocked with all the essentials. The beds and other furnishing are very comfortable. The private gated courtyard was a nice added bonus! Will is a great host. He is friendly and helpful. He has developed a notebook full of helpful tips, such as the best places near by to eat and tourist attractions. This condo is in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. We arrived the one day a year it rained in Phoenix! We were very grateful to have covered parking. We definitely plan to book again when we visit Phoenix.

This was our second 2 week stay at Claremont #1. We had another wonderful time. The place is so nice and well equipped. We sleep very well while there...comfortable bed and great climate system. due to the fact that the owner leaves the key on the counter and leaves the door unsecure, as well as the lock gates. There were people occupying my unit. I had a birthday party to attend to and prepare for, so I had to leave after waiting for the individual to return to the door. I wound up having to leave was never able to stay. Contacted by the owner after I had already arranged transportation back to my home. The area in Phoenix is not the greatest, so to have the unit unlocked, and after having individuals in the unit, when I arrived, the owner did not satisfy or refund, instead turned extremely rude. He expects me to have to pay for that. Think twice when entering an unlocked unit

What a perfect little oasis in the desert! Clean, well air conditioned, excellent linnens. Full kitchen and a king size bed. What more do you need for a family vacation in Phoenix? Host provided one of the best house books I’ve ever seen with multiple sets of directions on how to walk to local eateries. Great section of Phoenix, close to the light rail that can get you to sports in downtown or fun activities around the university. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Claremont! To start, the property feels so homey - from the courtyard, to the midcentury design style, the mural, etc. - and is also impeccably clean. Will’s detailed instructions, including the house manual, messages leading up to check in, and the video for where to park were super helpful, as we arrived late at night. He has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the free laundry room access and availability of eco-friendly detergent pods, and the state of the art AC (as we our stay fell during a mid-July heat advisory). Will was super communicative and quick to reply to any questions. While we did not get a chance to meet him in person during our brief stay, you can tell how much he truly loves and cares about this property and the surrounding local community! We found so much to do within a 10-15 minute radius, and there are so many walkable restaurant options :) Highly highly recommend The Claremont and cannot wait to stay again on a future trip to PHX!

The mid-century modern was a great get away in Phoenix. Check in was easy and the videos on parking spot on. The place was clean and felt comfortable while staying there.
