The bathroom sink was a problem - there was no cold water from the right handle. The water was hot from the right and hotter from the left. Also, the thermostat was broken: there were buttons missing, and there was no way to switch from heat to cold. Room 708, front desk was notified at check-out.

Just off the Loop 202. Close to the light rail, Can go to Downtown Phoenix or Tempe. Not a lot of food or entertainment close by.

Great staff, beautiful property, thermostat system was not favorable issues staying comfortable never perfect either to hot or to cold could not change to heat or cool only temp changeable. Breakfast was maybe average eggs bland and bacon over cooked.
