Other things to note: The water to the home is supplied by a private well; water should be used sparingly. Wasting water should be avoided to ensure enough water capacity especially for large groups staying in the home.

Additional fees:
Heating fee of $150/night to heat the pool/spa up to 80 degrees or $225/night to heat the pool/spa up to 90 degrees.
$75 per night to heat the spa alone.
Pet fee of $250 per pet.
Extra Guests: Base occupancy is 5 people. There is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/day
