Cleanliness was ok, couldâve been cleaned better. Dust and crumbs on floor, showers werenât really clean. There was shampoo spots on shower floor. Black hairs on bedroom sheets. Overall it was ok, it is near a lot of fast food and restaurants.
The unit itself was very clean and laid out nicely. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed all the mirrors and large showers while getting ready for a wedding. It very much felt like a bachelor pad though, with the pool table and lack of kitchen ware (no baking dishes or cookie sheets, etc).We would stay here again.
Poor instructions given for the check in process. We had to call the company twice which was in California. Then the local host had to call us back with proper instructions to get into the suite. Or suite was clean, the kitchen had a kurig and some pods and 2 bottles of water. There was a pull out bed, but no sheets or extra blankets. There were towels, shampoo and body wash. We stayed one night. Upon returning to the suite that evening, again the instructions were vague. We couldnât get into the building, so we called the number listed by the key pad. The host claimed we must be intoxicated because many people stay there and do not have problems entering the building. I will never rent from this company again.
The space worked very well for our two families and was in a convenient part of the city, from which we were able to walk to nearby attractions. The space was clean and enjoyable to be in due to the whimsical decor. We would stay here again! Two comments:The mattresses on the beds were not the most comfortable. The kitchen was not stocked with basics such as salt, pepper, and sugar and had minimal dishware and silverware and would not serve well for cooking without some more additions.Otherwise, very lovely place to stay.
