It has 3 suites: the main bedroom has a king-size bed, its first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has a double bed.This condominium is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and Fifth Avenue, where you can find many options for dining or shopping. Additionally, this unit is only 40 minutes by ferry from Cozumel Island.From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá. Lots of place but without charm
The first picture shown for this property does not belong to the place. The Condo is some 25 minutes walking distance to the beach with no direct access to the beach which you would think seeing the picture shown. This is actually the reason why I don't rate this place higher, at the beginning I thought we haven't found the shortest way to the beach but there is actually no other alternative. Very misleading! The company running the management of the property is professional and they offer good service. The condition of the condo is acceptable but needs refurbishment and has lost its charm. I definitely cannot recommend this place as there are better alternatives around Playa del Carmen.
