Welcome to Quintas Pakal, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This beautiful condominium next to the Playacar golf club offers 3 bedrooms with 2 and a half bathrooms, and a jacuzzi in the main bedroom. This condominium is perfect for family vacations or a gathering with a group of friends. It has 3 suites: the main bedroom has a king-size bed, its first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has a double bed.



This condominium is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and Fifth Avenue, where you can find many options for dining or shopping. Additionally, this unit is only 40 minutes by ferry from Cozumel Island.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and CobĂĄ. Among the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service, and many others.

Condo to be prepare to rent....

The location is good, but many things missing in the condo, tools for the kitchen we had to buy...chairs to seat outside or at the pool, problem with tv....the air conditioning filter dusty ......gave health problem.... in the room 2... we had a very good service with the manager, but he couldn’t buy the items the owner doesn’t accept....

Lots of place but without charm

The first picture shown for this property does not belong to the place. The Condo is some 25 minutes walking distance to the beach with no direct access to the beach which you would think seeing the picture shown. This is actually the reason why I don't rate this place higher, at the beginning I thought we haven't found the shortest way to the beach but there is actually no other alternative. Very misleading! The company running the management of the property is professional and they offer good service. The condition of the condo is acceptable but needs refurbishment and has lost its charm. I definitely cannot recommend this place as there are better alternatives around Playa del Carmen.
