La mayoria de la propiedad esta en remodelacion. Se pidio una habitacion de 2 camas (com mas de 1 mes de anticipacion) y me dieron una habitacion con 1 sola cama. La habitacion que me dieron apestaba a pura humedad y el inodoro estaba tapado. Se reporto pero no hicieron nada. Habia cucaracha en la habitacion.

Very nice and clean resort. Food was great, except the desserts. They had entertainment every night which was great and fun. The pool is awesome. Unfortunately the beach had too much seaweed so you couldn’t get in, but still a pretty beach. I would go back!

From the beggining the only reason I booked this resort is because of the waterpark for the kids and while you're reserving It shows included with the all-inclusive but when you get there surprise surprise it's a separate cost we had to go to a membership to get only a 1-day pass, we did not get to use it because it had to be on the day before we checked out but my dad passed away and I had to leave early and was completely shut down for a refund of the last 2 days. I will never return to this resort there are others that offer the true all-inclusive package.

This trip was HORRIBLE start because You/Princess FAILED to deliver the correctvroom we bought from Expedia. We always buy BEACHFRONT However, we got a small 1 bedroom garden viewv3rd floor without an elevator. Really, it was 1 Big Lie After anoyher; Half the resort is under construction. Half the pools are Closed. Half, inclufing bea hfron was closed oversold or family. We bot Adults Only. The food was a 3 ofv10. Only 1 breakfast restaurant & is same o buffer every day. Mediocre at best food. Very disappointed. We fervent a Big Refundr

Our 4th time at Princess Riviera. Each trip has been different but always good. Mario, who checked us in and out, made life easier for us. We appreciate the upgrade and special attention. You are a gem! The buffet food and drinks were good. The reggae band at the beach, the music grupos that played in the evenings, and the Disco Areito were awesome! La Vaqueria's restaurant food and attention surpassed our expectations. Simply excellent! Fernando, at La Vaqueria, made our anniversary celebration extraordinarily special. Unforgettable! Thank you, Fernando! The pools were really good. I had no chlorine rash, and we were soaked in the pool for hours. Lol! Renovation was happening on the side of the resort, but that did not affect us. We did receive the free spa as advertised on Expedia, but we definitely prefer the Hydro Spa. The sargassum... well, it was there, but that is on Mother nature. The resort worked diligently on it.

You have to be careful when u book which rooms you book, not all the rooms have kids area included so when you are travelling with smaller kids be sure to ask which part of property you have access too. We had a 3 yr old and didn't know that so that was a bit disappointing as no one told us that even when checking in.
