Wonderful Stay at Grand Riviera Princess I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Riviera Princess, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. We were delighted to find our perfect room in the Platinum suites, which offered fantastic amenities that truly enhanced our stay. I particularly loved the exclusivity of the pool, cabana, and beach lounges, providing a serene atmosphere to relax in. The service throughout our visit was impeccable, consistently attentive and friendly. The dining experience surpassed our expectations, especially at the à la carte restaurants. Mama Mia and La Hacienda stood out with their top-notch gourmet food and efficient service, delivering flavorful dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend the Grand Riviera Princess for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. It’s an ideal destination for everyone, and I can’t wait to return!

The place was very clean just need to be update and TVs also need to be update!! They also need to put people room numbers on the bracelet if the are going to let people get so drunk that they dont know there room number, we had a men trying to break in our room at 1:30 am beating on the door and kicking it for 30 minutes and i had to call security and nobody even apologized i didn't get any sleep cause i was so scared.

We booked this hotel from September 8th to 13th. But when we arrived, we were treated well. The bad thing was that half the hotel was closed for renovations! We paid for this hotel to have all the amenities, and I don't think it's fair that we weren't warned that many things would be closed. There was a lot of noise from the construction, and it felt unprivileged to walk past the people working. It made it look unsightly because it's divided by a green fence.
