The food was horrible. Not once did we like the food. We visited 2 years ago and loved it, and this time it was horrible. Service was good, the bartenders were amazing and fun. No music so bring a speaker. Sunscreen is 35$. A couple vomited in the pool and they closed the pool down, they should of cut them off at 10 am. Beach is good but crowded and first come first serve on spots. Pool doesn't have enough shade area so get there early. Food is the number one for us and this was not it. Other than that it was ok.

It was very nice hotel. Great pools good service at bars. the buffet was good. We enjoyed the a la carte meals but also found a lot of the same food was at the buffet. i.e we went for sushi and it was mediocre so we didn't finish it went to the buffet after and saw the same sushi But .it was more about getting served in a quiter environmentb

Wonderful grounds with lots of animals on property including monkeys, coatis,deer, alligators and iguanas. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Great nightly shows. Many pools to choose in from. Our room opened up into the pool, which really added to the experience.very friendly and helpful staff.

This resort is great if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. Everyone was amazing, kind, and attentive to our every need. We enjoyed everything in the resort; the pools, beach, restaurants, spa, theater and shows. Could not have asked for a better vacation!
