Microwave didn’t work so I was moved to another room. That microwave in that room didn’t work either. Staff was trying to be helpful, but had limited ability to fix anything well as she was the only staff on property that afternoon. Room was clean and comfortable. Just took over an hour to settle in a room and gave up on a working microwave.

Roomed smelled bad. The mattress on the sofa bed was in really bad shape. They lies about breakfast times. There wasn't enough towels. There wasn't enough blankets. Water to shower was slow coming out, they said due other people showering.
