It is older property that has been nicely upgraded. Quiet, clean, good temp controls, good water pressure, comfy bed. Everything I needed.

Had a very noisy occupant beside me that started at 4:30 a.m. Was pounding on things and talking loudly on the phone for 2 hours! Front desk told me they had numerous complaints. I want my money back. Horrible area across from strip club, weed shops, tattoo parlors. Definitely misleading reviews on line. Super old building. Stay away.

Clean enough for a budget place. Some things are kinda weird. I’ve stayed multiple times and there’s a wall scones light, with a floor lamp right below it. The room I was in this time the chair was partially blocking the entrance. Sheets are clean, bathrooms clean although the shower pans are extremely stained and dingy looking. Pretty much every time I’m here I find long black head hairs stuck to the towels. (Maybe have the laundry people wear hair nets)

There was a problem with the toilet in my room and they immediately changed rooms. Very attentive. They seemed to really care at the front desk.

Very nice location and room— clean and comfortable; we liked this place. Only note we have is that shared wall of our room was thin enough to hear the peoples’ voices talking next door; luckily, nothing wild, but still, more “shared” than ideal.

The guy who checked us in was very pleasant. Room was good and no issues, just very small. The bathroom door was literally about 6 inches from 1 of the beds. Good place to stay for 1 night.
