The hotel is doing a remodel during my stay. Contractors and the hotel did an excellent job of containing construction. The front desk and housekeeping were so helpful with requests. My room was newly remodeled and was beautiful. The food at the restaurant, de Fuego Grille was phenomenal.

In the process of being remodeled into a Hilton. Clean rooms, nice amenities- soap, hair care and lotion. Comfy beds, comfy sheets and really wonderful black out blinds.

The property is currently under renovation, and therefore access to some amenities was not available. I regard this as a minor inconvenience for my stay, as almost all of the things I require were available and in top-notch condition.

Under Construction Hotel, avoid until it's complet

Hotel is currently going through a renovation and they are clearly not ready. TV didn't work, they said some of the rooms had issues and all they could do was to move us to a different room but never contacted us about getting the move completed. No hair dryer, No ice bucket, ice machine on our floor was not working, had to get towels from front desk. I have stayed here in the past and was very dissapointed in it's current state of affairs.

Too bad. Expected better.

My room was like sleeping on the freeway. It was amazing. The heat/air conditioning was very hard to regulate. The air flow was very high and in my face all night until I increased temperature; then I had to lower temp again. Never got it comfortable.

This property is under construction. *Inconvenient to walk to your hotel room. *Rooms are clean and average *Beds are fine. Nothing to write home about *Hotel room doors have a 1 inch gap from the floor *Staff was friendly *Close to Mall and many dinning options on site *Outdoor pool I personally am not going to stay here again but for a one night stop its clean

Roach Hotel

My stay started out well. The room was nice, all the amenities new, and the room recently renovated. By the time I was getting ready for bed I was really happy with my stay... then a roach crawled across my bed. I immediately took a photo of it, trapped it under a cup, and the called the front desk. They sent someone who offered to move me to a different room. When I said no, that I would be going to a different hotel, and wanted a refund, she scooped up the roach from under the cup and disappeared. I went to the front desk when she didnt come back and they tried to play dumb. 'What roach?' I showed them the photo and demanded a refund. They reluctantly tole me I could only get a refund from hotels.com so I left and contacted customer service from a new hotel.

Ok sta, just a few little things

Hello, The cleaning people came in our room without knock thinking we weren't there to look for bleach that they thought was left in there which was a little startling. There was no ice bucket, no cups, and we had to ask for complimentary water. During a heat wave, this was no great. Room was clean and comfy. Our server at restaurant served us one drink and went on break without telling us. We ended up going to bar to get another drink and to pay.
