Over-priced Moldy Dirty Run-down mess with a beautiful view
This condo is in a fabulous location and was close to family which is why we chose it. However it was a mess. The countertops and floors were filthy. There was mold in one of the bathroom cupboards. The master-bath had no cold water knob, the stove vent had caked on grease so bad that even the cupboard next to it was deteriorating. They provided next to nothing. We had to buy salt and pepper which is usually provided when staying at condo rentals. Thankfully there was hand soap and handwashing dish detergent. There was old food in the fridge even a half a can of coke. The property manager (Monica) communicates via WhatsApp but is not quick to respond. The "owner" doesn't reply but his fiancé (Cora) does also via WhatsApp and even then does not answer all your questions. When I contacted the owner's fiancé and the property manager, they did schedule a cleaning. We also were intruded with window repairs that I had not requested. It was evidentially scheduled the week before my scheduled stay and we were not notified. The lady who oversaw the repairs (primarily to speak in English) told us that we "needed" these repairs done and would not take no for an answer. She (I think her name was Gloria) also came by before then to take pictures of the faucet to see if it needed to be changed out. I thought she was talking about the water filter... I will NEVER stay or rent from this particular owner ever again. This was definitely not worth what we paid for.
