A few things to note:
- the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with all beach front properties.
- the building has 24 hour security. For everyone's safety, guests are issued a building ID for use on the property and to enter the building - a nice safety measure that keeps the building very secure. The front desk will not allow more than FOUR people to register in this unit.
- NO SMOKING. This is a non smoking building (no smoking in the common areas) and a non smoking condo unit (no smoking anywhere in the unit including the balcony).
