This condo does not allow any children or pets and the entire building is non-smoking.
Smart TV Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple+ TV streaming channels require guests to login with their own account credentials.
To ensure the proper use of the buildingâs multiple amenities as well as the safety of guests and residential owners, all guests are required to read, initial and sign a guest registration form
covering important rules and expected behavior prior to being granted condo unit access.
Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach chairs are provided by the condo.
NOTE: Please note that 2 visitors are allowed in the condo (not the common areas). All visitors and guests staying in the unit must complete and submit the registration form at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
