Just 1 block away is Puerto Vallarta’s large municipal sports stadium and park named Unidad Deportiva Agustin Flores Contreras which contains a running track,

The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the smart 55” TV allows you to unwind with your favorite movies after a day of exploring. Additionally, the bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom for your convenience and a private balcony that offers a
tranquil view.

KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, perfect for whipping up delicious meals complete with top-of-the-line appliances such as a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a stove, oven, and dishwasher, all supplied with safe drinking water directly to the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator water dispenser. You'll also find high-end cookware as well as flatware to enhance your cooking experience. Additionally, there is a Mexican hand-crafted Parota wood chairs dining table with seating for 2, providing a cozy space for enjoying your culinary creations.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is tastefully decorated with artistic accents that reflect the modern design of the entire unit. The plush sofa invites you to sink in and relax after a day of sun while enjoying your favorite movies on the smart 65" TV (your streaming service account logon is required). Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a versatile den space that has been furnished as a tranquil reading room holding wide modern lounge chairs,
each illuminated by their own adjustable floor lamp. With easy access to the second full bathroom, this space offers privacy and convenience for couples who would prefer not to share one bathroom.

The private balcony with locally crafted outdoor furniture is your front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets and the vibrant sweeping cityscape. Enjoy eating breakfast, lunch or dinner on a glass-topped dining table set or drinks on a chair and cocktail table set at the other end of the roomy balcony. An adjustable patio umbrella ensures a shaded balcony area for hours of leisurely relaxation.


COMMON AREAS
The complex includes an amazing rooftop with 360-degree views (ocean and mountains) from the pool and hot tub. You'll also have access to a community kitchen with a barbecue, a yoga deck, and a fitness center. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop and security is on-site 24/7.

SECURE UNDERGROUND PARKING
Keep your car conveniently on site in the building's secure basement parking garage. Your car will be protected from sun, rain and street dust. Use of the parking space is available on request when making your reservation.

Other things to note
This condo does not allow any children or pets and the entire building is non-smoking.
Smart TV Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple+ TV streaming channels require guests to login with their own account credentials.
To ensure the proper use of the building’s multiple amenities as well as the safety of guests and residential owners, all guests are required to read, initial and sign a guest registration form
covering important rules and expected behavior prior to being granted condo unit access.
Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

This particular 1 bedroom, den and two bathroom unit is very nice and contained everything you would expect in a VRBO and then some. Very clean and quite well looked after. A few issues arose during our two week stay but our host, Jorge, looked after them promptly. The building itself is very well kept, concierge staff friendly and courteous but the rules are strict. The rooftop pool and deck are very nice as are the owners/ renters that make use of it. It may be of interest to know that the unit overlooks a busy street, and above a noisy repair shop where they work 6 days a week. Having said that the property itself is not noisy and there were no disruptions during our stay. We did not use the gym nor did it appear to be very active. It is small but has good equipment for a room its size and is very tidy.An older couple from Vancouver.

Excellent accommodations. Wonderfully situated near great little restaurants and shopping. The Malecon is very near. Jorge is a really great host - friendly, efficient, and on top of everything that could be asked for.The apartment is clean and the amenities were great. The mattress is very comfortable. And we loved the rooftop pool. This is a place we would love to visit again.

Overall the unit was nice. Had a few issues over the first few days but Jorge had them taken care of very promptly. Please note unit has smart TVs so there aren't really any free channels, If you have accounts with streamers be sure to bring your sign in info. In the gym there are only 3 machines and we could not figure out how to use the treadmill. Unit is in a old neighborhood so the sidewalks are very iffy, would not stay here if you have mobility issues.

Great Place in Cinco

This unit and building are a great option if you want to stay in 5 de Diciembre. The facilities are great and the location is central, but comfortably away from the party scene in the romantic zone. I would go back.
