My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, full of lush trees and lots of greenery. The staff very friendly and helpful, they made our stay enjoyable. You literally get treated like royalty. I recommend paying extra for the all inclusive option since it comes with lots of perks including all food, beverages (both alcoholic and non alcoholic), access to all sister hotels nearby and activities. The only part I didn’t care much for was that the concierge staff kept pushing us to attend a meeting where they were pretty much trying to sale a yearly package/similar idea to a time share even after clearly stating we weren’t interested. I do understand that is their job to sale, but they were pretty persistent. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable and we are planning our next visit already!!! The amenities in this place are above amazing, they’re a 5 diamond hotel which is the highest rating they can get.

Overall very good. Only concern was we had constant loud construction noises literally from the room right next to us. The way they addressed this issue was telling us we could either stay with the current room and the construction will NOT stop because they cannot control what their engineers do, or move to a smaller room in a lower level… we moved, but really disappointed.

Beautiful hotel to stay. The infinity pool on the roof top is amazing with a drink and snacks. There are many restaurants as options to dine every night. The spa was great. I used the paddle board once and was fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options for food. What we loved the most is the room. We have a hammock, hot tub, amzing view, mini bar, room service, with smart fixtures. We would like to stay again.

We loved everything the resort had to offer. The north tower was amazing. We had the ultra corner suite and the rooms and views were amazing. The food was good. There was only a couple things we didn’t like. One being when we first got there. They were very insistent at check in to get us to go on a tour of the resort and try to get us to book a future vacation. We were there a short time and didn’t want to waste time do that but they kept trying multiple times. Another thing we disliked is that. We paid for the all inclusive but it wasn’t really all inclusive. If you wanted fancier or more premium food or alcohol. It was an extra charge. While there was still great options on the menu. Half the menu was an up charge at the restaurants. Overall it was a great time and experience. We would go back.
