The staff were very friendly and helpful and willing to speak French with us language learners. My only request would be for better pillows - they are nice and soft but fairly lumpy. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel has an amazing restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting to old Quebec. However, walking late at night is not recommended.

The room had a foul odour. Housekeeping deodorized the room the first day but the smell came back the second day. Parking was convenient but unsecured. On the walk to old Quebec, there were some scary looking people on the streets. Decided to drive to old Quebec on subsequent days.

We visited in July with our 11 year old. It is close to downtown and worth it for the value - staff is amazing - has a pool - a few options to dine and shop. Walking to Old town depends on fitness as it takes about 15 minutes and hills. We used the hop on hop off which drops of you near the hotel and bought it for 2 days since you only pay extra $5 to buy for the next day - overall, I would come back there.

La couette était trop chaude et la clim trop froide. Les oreillers pourraient être mieux... La piscine est petite. Pour un séjour en basse-ville, c'est un excellent emplacement. Les gens à l'accueil sont professionels et très serviables.
