The property is under renovation so we cannot really evaluate it in terms of cleanliness. The rooms inside are good the bed solid and beautiful linen and pillows. TV program solid but my time was too short to watch the TV. looking forward visiting it next time by then they must have completed with renovation around to give my full evaluation

Under construction which no one said. Elevator closed at check out with lots of luggage to carry down. Ice machine empty. Carpets old and tattered. Only good thing was the pool

The pool is very over chlorinated. Everything we wore in the pool is faded and still smells of chlorine 2 weeks and multiple washes later. Our AC didn’t cool the room off very well. While we got prompt service, our room only had 1 towel in it and no facecloths or other towels when we arrived. For a mainly empty hotel this was surprising. The pool staff weren’t helpful either, just posted on their phones the entire time we were there and were rude to us when we “interrupted”

Clean eventhough they were doing renovations. Staff was efficient and welcoming. The pool was amazing and family oriented. Have already recommened this hotel to family.

This property is undergoing what appears to be a slow renovation. Portions of the main floor are under construction. The floors above the main are abhorrent. They are rundown and dirty to a degree that is near post-apocalyptic. The renovated rooms on the main floor are nice - similar to what you would expect from a mid-tier hotel. The pool area is wonderful, but could use a refresh. Outside there were a lot of people under the influence. My car’s security camera caught at least three people checking out my car for stuff to steal. They do have free EV charging (Tesla and CCS2 - 2 stalls - Level 2 48Amp) which was great. This will be a great property once fully renovated and if they can get someone to chase off the problem-makers in the parking lot. I suggest asking the state of renovations and what amenities are available before booking.

What I thought had beauty just turned ugly here. Steak tastes like a missing person and there was a damn bug in my bed chilling beside me. Didn’t know I was gonna be spending the night with jiminey cricket himself. Only reason it’s good is cause the game store and dispensary within walking distances. Do work on this instead of painting walls and drilling into floors.

It has great potential to be a fantastic hotel.. I understand they are in the middle of a major upgrade. I'm looking forward to checking out how it looks in a year or so. The neighborhood is a bit rough. Druggies tweaking in parking lot at night. Main door doesn't lock. No security. 1 older man and the front desk clerk there to monitor any of those tweakers not coming inside. The gym was rough. Equipment is broken, but left there.. which could be dangerous.

The property is in need of repairs, construction is currently underway but the pool area definitely needs work. I love that the pool water is warm makes the swim that much more enjoyable.
