Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient location while ensuring you have all the comforts during your stay. See all of the reviews over the many years.

The house and host were wonderful! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially when it came to cooking. Josh was very communicative and welcoming throughout our stay. The property is located in a lovely, quiet community. Although we didn’t get to explore the area much, there seemed to be plenty to see and do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful, quiet retreat for our group of four after busy days spent in the city (not to mention an excellent bargain)! We loved all of the personal touches and how much space we had to spread out. The house was clean and well-appointed, the neighborhood was charming and not too far from downtown, and the off street parking (which easily accommodated our three cars) was a huge benefit. The host was a proactive communicator who made certain that we had what we needed. I would absolutely recommend Josh’s place to any groups looking for a Richmond stay that feels like home!

Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone. We rented this house because of its proximity to everything we wanted. Close to my son and his family, close to the grandkids school, close to shopping and a park. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Amazing location, close to University of Richmond and great shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog around. Fenced in yard perfect for our dog. Josh was very helpful and responded immediately when we needed help/info.The house was comfortable and clean for the most part. Kitchen and laundry room stocked with everything you could possibly need, although there were a few items that needed cleaning (coffeemaker carafe, tea kettle, wine glasses on wall rack). Beds were clean and comfortable. The upstairs office and LR desk offered quiet places to work.House is on a quiet street and has a private driveway which is a plus.
