Reception area very friendly and helpful. Room clean, lobby area clean, breakfast minimal but OK. Reason for only 4 stars -- room is described as having kitchen, it had a full size frig, microwave, dishwasher but NO COOKTOP/STOVE. I had to call down to front desk to find out that I had to sign out a hot plate with ONE small pan & you can ONLY use that pan! It should be advertised/described that way. Also, pillows are just awful, it was like not having one.
