This room was absolutely terrible. It was in such a terrible Condition I had to leave and immediately book another hotel. I tried to reach out to management for a refund and received no help. Will NEVER be staying her again. It smelled terrible. Was so dirty.

The room was really humid and smelled like piss. Had to ask for air freshener just because. There were stains all over the couch in the suite. It also was really hard to breathe in the room due to the air.

The room is very filthy. The laundry room didn't have working washer and dryer. The staff weren't any help when I Advised them of the issue. They were rude when asked if I could use cleaning supplies to clean the room I was told NO!!! I'VE BEEN BITTEN BY SOME TYPE OF INSECTS WHICH I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH BITE MARKS OVER MY BODY FROM SITTING IN OR SLEEPING ON THE FURNITURE!!

The only thing that was halfway decent about this place was the price. The management has their hands full with questionable people in the parking lot and in the breakfast area. We did not feel safe.

My room key would never work. This place needs to be updates. The carpet looked 20 years old. There looked like there was a big blood stain in my room. For what I paid, definitely not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
