I was given a key that didn’t work, the front desk had to come up the stairs with me (as ALL elevators were not functional) and fix it. Once fixed, the bathroom light wouldn’t even turn on and the phone didn’t work. So, I had to be switched to a new room. Stains on sheets were unsettling, but I was exhausted at this point to complain any further.

People, don't go to this place when I get there, the place was lonely and the ac didn't work. The parking lot was empty and I walked to the front desk and nobady was there for 20 minutes, im a woman and i was by myself and scared. So I left the place. inside and unsafe. So

This property was very accommodating to my family. The beds were very comfy!! And the staff was excellent!! The property is being renovated so some things are a work in progress, however we still enjoyed our stay. Many shopping and food places nearby.

I was looking for an inexpensive room and this came up. The pictures must be 30 years old and I have to say that there is nothing about this place that a bulldozer or a good fire wouldn’t improve.

It’s was ok room was clean alway n the locks on the door was broken so I couldn’t lock dr to prevent someone from coming in my room the door to the patio was broke off so I couldn’t open to go out on the patio

This place is an absolute dump. I am surprised the health department or fire marshal has not shut this place down. Smoke alarms ripped from the wall. Fire escapes bolted shut. Dead insects and trash on the floor in the rooms. Shower has a broken spray head and does not work. No coffee maker in the room and soap bars broken up into little pieces. It is obvious that the owners have not spend a dime in years doing even basic repairs or upkeep. Everything is broken or out of service. Non-English-speaking housekeepers did not service the room once during our stay or take out the garbage. Clean towels simply do not exist or will fall apart upon washing they are so thin. When I was in the Persian Gulf, I saw refugee camps that were better maintained. Also, Iraqi POWs were kept in cleaner camps. Next time I need a hotel room and there are none available elsewhere I will sleep in the back of my truck. Horrible, absolutely horrible.
