Love all the pink! Thoughtful room decor, and interesting art which created unique and fun vibe! Who has pink tv remotes, mini fridges, ice buckets and scoops, and pink white noise machines?! The Quirk Hotel! I appreciated my virtual concierge who I could text with questions or room requests. Lorenzo (?) from the front was especially helpful, welcoming and friendly. It was super hot (100 degrees!) outside during our stay, so it would have been nice if the room had a ceiling fan or portable fan in the room to help get more air circulation because the room was still quite warm after turning the a/c down as low as it could go. I texted the virtual concierge (“Ivy”) and a fan was delivered quickly. All requests were responded to promptly and with great customer service.

Superb Hotel

The Quirk is a first class hotel. Our room was huge. The lobby is so beautiful and we had an amazing dinner there in the evening. Impressive in all respects.

Just an honest review

This hotels is highly romanticized on Instagram and TikTok. The hotel itself is alright. It’s very cute with their esthetic and vibe but the beds are literally just the cheapest possible mattress placed on a wooden board. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors next door and they have connecting room doors that at one point our neighbors thought would be funny to bash on at 11pm. The connecting doors aren’t traditional. Each room has a door and then there is what looks like a swinging kitchen door connecting the rooms, so if you have annoying neighbors they can literally open and slam them for as much as they want and you will hear all of it. The location of this hotel is, in my opinion, not safe. The streets are run down and after 7pm I wouldn’t walk too far from the hotel. Put this hotel in any other location and it would shine but the area made this hotel experience very negative for us. I personally will never go back to this hotel but if you don’t care about safety then I highly recommend booking this location!

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient to many venues. Restaurant is very good. The rooms need a comfortable chair, all we had was a basic desk chair. Also, a little more detail to cleaning the floor - if you have a white wood floor, you need to keep it clean!!

Fridays events regarding the HVAC situation was unfortunately a sticking point for us. We were a couple that was getting married at Common House, and planned on using Quirk as our homebase starting on Friday. We were denied access to our room until after some of our events started, and not offered a secured luggage area in the meantime. When the HVAC situation was initially fixed, it did not get cool enough Friday-evening leading to an ultimately sweaty sleep. While we wished we just stayed at home for Friday, things got back on track Saturday onward. The team was helpful during all this, but in a chaotic way that didn't help with the wedding stress.
