The villa is on two levels in a quiet area, surrounded by a large private garden with parking space. Soggiorno consigliato per chi vuole passare del tempo a Roma in una ottima location
La posizione dell'immobile è ottima, vicina al mare e comoda per raggiungere i centri principali per visitare Roma. Il rapporti qualità prezzo è eccellente assieme alla pulizia e l'ordine. Il possessore dell'immobile è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Everything was exactly like the advert said. It was very clean and all services (and more) were as described. Beach is a 15 minute walk and plenty restaurants to choose from. Rome is by train easy to reach, and Claudio wanted to take us to the station and pick us up again. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Ivar and Bouchra

Perfekt
Der gesamte Aufenthalt war einfach nur perfekt, vielen Dank an Claudio, er hat alles explizit vorbereitet und war zu jederzeit gut erreichbar. Das Haus entsprach 100% den Angaben, der Garten ist wundervoll, die Zitronen super lecker, ebenso das ganze Obst was zur Verfügung stand….ich kann den Vermieter und das Haus nur jeden paar empfehlen…
