We stayed at the Vatican Style on our recent trip to Rome. The hotel was very nice and the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The room was nice and clean, and very easy to get to the Vatican and surrounding area. We ate at a couple of delicious restaurants just a block from the hotel at the recommendation of the staff. Our only frustrations were that the wi-fi didn't work in our room. Unfortunately, we had something special we needed to link to in the states, so we sat in the lobby and watched from there. (and the staff was wonderful about letting us do so.) Our other frustration was that the bed was very firm — practically no give to it at all. Some may like this, however, it was uncomfortable for me. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel, as long as you're okay with that.

It is not like a traditional hotel in the US. You buzz the office to be let in to the hotel. Then you get into a small elevator that takes you to your floor…and your front desk. At first I was like, what is this?? But…once we got to front desk, it was a WONDERFUL experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was very modern! Shower was amazing! Highly highly recommend.
