"We arrived very early to the hotel (8am) and opted for a 12pm check in which costs an extra 6000 yen. As we were with a 1.5 year old and a 4 year old, we were happy to simply pay for it as we were extremely exhausted from our night flight. To our delight, we were upgraded to a Superior Deluxe Family Room which was a very spacious room for a family of 4. It had a seperate tatami room with a sliding door, which was perfect for us as we were able to get the kids to sleep and also able to relax and watch tv at night without waking up the kids. We especially loved the washer and dryer in our room as it dried our clothes in one go. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends as we experience great service from the staff as well."

"The emplacement was great. Hotel very peaceful, breakfast is a plus! Nevertheless, we found mold on the ice machine and the staff didn't seem to understand it was nasty."
