Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Absolutely disgusted with the establishment as a whole. We arrived to a broken bed they refused to fix until the next day. I text. I emailed. I called SEVERAL TIMES OVER MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. Nails were sticking out. Walls were marked. Smoke detectors were chirping. Outside lights were hanging off. Shingles are missing. The previous person was absolutely right. Their attention to detail is ridiculous. They are a “good enough” stay. Their customer service is AWFUL!! I’m positive they will respond with we fixed it as soon as we could…but FACTUALLY half of my stay was with a broken bed that couldn’t be used! That absolutely is fraudulent! I will absolutely be forwarding my complaints higher! And I will never stay here again!!! Be very careful when booking! After they get your money YOU ARE AN AFTER THOUGHT THEY CANT WAIT TO GET RID OF!!!!
