The staff was very courteous and I had no problems with the room other than low water pressure and I did see 1 cockroach when we were leaving, I didn't see any before that. The outside is very rundown but the room was remodeled. The cleaning lady was one of the sweetest ladies and made sure we had everything we needed. I don't know if we would stay again just because we can get a nicer room in a nicer part of town, like the courtyard by Marriott, for almost the same price we paid for our room at Econo Inn.

The matresses, sheets, pillowcases are dirty and stained, the bathroom has cracks and so do the walls. I request for towels and tissues but do not receive them, only the 2nd guest does. The "clean" towels and sheets are never fully clean and the sheets and pillowcases that are given do not fit the bed or pillows. I try as best as i can to clean the room because no one knocks on the door to clean the room only to ask about towels and sheets, and they only really interact with the 2nd guest, i am ignored. I have been trying my best to keep everything clean and organized but it is not easy as i do not have access to the supplies that the staff does. I can not speak for whatever is said to the 2nd guest, i only know that as the main guest i am ignored and i am the one that really cares about the room being clean and having actual clean linings. I am not expecting 100 grade level service or cleaning, since this is a low budget hotel. However I am expecting to be recognized and acknowledged. I have a service dog and it is not easy for me to just go to the front and try to locate the staff, despite this i did stand outside the door 2 days ago and a housekeeper did ask me if i needed, sheets or tissue but she did not return with them. Hours later the 2nd guest came in with tissue and sheets which i thought was very rude that i was ignored and that he had to go ask for them again. I have taken pictures of how dirty the mattress and linings are. Its ridiculous that i am ignored.

I actually was injured the day before my trip and tried to cancel my hotel. I tried online, but they said that the site was having trouble and I'd have to try later. I wasn't able to cancel and was subsequently charged for my stay.

I must say I rate his business at 100%. I was a last minute need and they were there. That facilities are amazing and so clean. It's really close to many food places and grocery store. The price was great! Affordable and nothing complicated. I am so happy with them I requested the same room. It didn't cross my mind when I checked out to extend my visit. But the staff is so supportive they made it happen. I am very happy I experienced this, Thank you!
