The cleaning crew came at 9 am to knock to see if we were leaving and when I took a file to get up to open the door she scanned her card to open the room I asked her what time check out was she said 11 and I said okay thank you and then she came again at 10 am I had to tell her we were leaving at 11 regular check out time

there was construction in the lobby area. The smell of paint was strong and horrible and i have lung problems. Thinking once i would go up to my room smell would not be up there but the smell was all up in 2nd floor. When i entered my room, the room was dirty, bed was not made so i called front desk and she claimed she had just clocked in 30minutes prior but she did help. She was the only employee working that day since she was in front and also cleaning rooms. I felt bad for that poor lady going all over the place. Eventually i did not end up staying in this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the building was undergoing a major remodel on the first floor we slept well. The rooms were clean and spacious. Air conditioning was fantastic despite being so close to the expressway and hearing trucks go by, it was a good experience.

The shower in room 220 burned my feet when I was in tub. Water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, no medium. Sheets itch, probably putting too much bleach when washed. Too many black birds on trees in parking lot, parking area full of birds poop

The alarm went off the day before and someone squeezed the handle of a dry chem fire extinguisher so they had residue on a lot of things. The fire alarm went off again at 2:30 in the morning again there for waking everybody up again. The breakfast tasted not well, and I am not picky about food

Nice

The hotel is under construction as of the time of our stay. The room was ok. However there was hair in the bathroom floor and even the bathroom seat. Crumbs in the sofa bed that actually looked brand new. Ac took forever to cool down the room and the settings were changed while we weren’t in the room. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and very nice!
