Staff was super friendly! Room was CLEAN! Beds so comfy, I’m a light sleeper and in hotels usually get up several times a night, not here. Woke up to the alarm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and would recommend to family and friends. There are multiple restaurants and shops in the area.

Excellent staff, helpful. Room was obviously dated, but clean. Two queen beds stuffed into the room, so there was no chair for relaxing to watch tv. (Chose this one, as a king room wasn't available.) So if one person sits on the desk chair, the other must sit on the bed. Not ideal. Beds were comfy enough, pillows were the best. Both the woman at the desk at check in was the best - very helpful. And the woman stocking the breakfast was also the best, very friendly and helpful.

First time stay! Clean Rooms! Great Breakfast Bar! Very Luxurious Hotel! We will be staying here on every visit to San Antonio! There was much more to enjoy at this hotel, but we couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy it all. But We WILL be back!
