We were on the second floor and the room was not that clean and the blackout screen was ripped to shreds. when you did open the curtain, you saw the roof top with storm debris and liter.

Changed 3 rooms with 2 little kids at 10 pm i the night...just to find all the 3 rooms have dirty linen and towels.. is this acceptable? Absolutely not.. didnt want to create a fuss at 10 pm as kids were already sleepy. What kind of service os this?

The door lock did not work with a key so I had to go down twice and then call front desk to come unlock. It would only unlock with managers key. I was staying in the room until morning and they were full, so I told the guy I would stay if they discounted the room. Then when we got inside, the couch was all stained, lights by the bed and plugs did not work, tile floor was cracked and fridge was leaking. And when I checked out they did not take any off the room and told me I’d have to pay and then call back to talk to a manager for a discount on room as promised. Not a good experience at all for a $200 room.

Very nice room

The room was nice and spacious. The drawers in the desk console wouldn’t stay shut. Rm must not be level🤔 Clean, comfortable beds, not quite enough lighting in the room. Overall, very satisfied.

Gentlemen working at the desk seemed to be sick. Was coughing a lot did not sanitize his hand while working with customers. He was friendly. Room was nice bed was very uncomfortable.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The lamps and plugs didn’t work, it was very dark. I had a pillow with blood stains on it. One bed was good and the other was like an elephant slept in it for 6 weeks. The pull out bed was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! The staff was great though and the breakfast was good. Right next to a Sam’s and Walmart. The Walmart is pretty sketchy though at night!

The hotel needs maintenance. TV didn't work in the bedroom, shower head was clogged and barley thru out water and microwave didn't work either. Bagels in the breakfast area were hard as a rock and I don't know why they put ice in the orange and apple juice containers. Luggage carts are old and broken also.
