Check out is too early @ 10 am, would appreciate a noon check out. Room clean, beds comfy. Used the kitchen and utensils provided - items do need to be updated. Food got seriously stuck in the frying pan and in the soup pot! Bring own cooking oil ! Nice big refrigerator too. No complete utensils, plates available for # of people staying in room. PROBLEM: Wasn’t informed of routine, so upsetting trash was not emptied daily and used towels weren’t picked up and replaced daily. Had to request. Parking closest to bldg., fills up fast, but overfill parking available nearby but not well lit at night. VACATION EXPENSE: Heads-up, Wow! $8 for a mini melt tub of ice cream, $8 for a regular milkshake cup & so on @ site, jb’s poolside eatery - loved their chicken strips! All in all though, love the surroundings of site.

We had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were great, and the lazy river was a highlight. However, the general pool area didn't quite live up to our expectations. Breakfast was a letdown and didn't meet our standards (They give you the option to breakfast at the sister hotel). For a 2-night weekend getaway with our little ones (1 and 3 years old), the hotel offered a good range of activities throughout the day, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, everything felt quite average and didn't exceed our expectations.

The property is like an old southwest town, multiple buildings with an old look. Inside the buildings are very current. There are walking paths everywhere. The room/condo I stayed in with my family was very spacious. There is minimal parking however. The lot next to my building was full by 7:00 PM and had to park 150-200 yards away. There is also a resort fee that is on too of the expedia booking rate, for my room and stay it equalled @ 30.00 a day. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely stay here again. The family and I loved it.
