Great location, and facilities. I would like to especially call out Manisha Patel (desk agent) who went above and beyond in helping us get checked in. The facility was not able to accept a digital-only Apple Card, but she was able to process the card via other means. Had she not worked with us, we would have had to find another place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience as a first time guest. Nathan helped us tremendously with accommodations for our daughter’s 13th birthday and we received so many compliments from other parents. The pool and lazy river areas are stunning. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was nice overall, but it would’ve been better with a full-sized mirror. I called for a late checkout and the person who answered sounded very nonchalant, like they didn’t really want to be on the phone. I asked for the late checkout because I wasn’t feeling well, and while it was approved, housekeeping still knocked right at 10 AM and woke me up. Then the front desk called shortly after, which turned into a sales pitch. That call definitely could’ve waited, especially since it defeated the purpose of the late checkout. Overall a decent stay, but nothing spectacular.

Stayed 2 nights only and reviewing as a hotel and not as a resort. Bed comfortable and room clean and spacious. Check in staff unwelcoming and impatient. Water pressure in shower lowest I’ve ever experienced. Water in room was never hot and only ever warm at best. Obviously trying to cut costs on the water front. Restaurant onsite closed for renovations and while lunch and dinner was available poolside, breakfast was not available on the entire resort. No notice on website and no communication when booking. Overall disappointing and will not be back.

This is a great place to stay. Lots of amenities on site. Beware through, the free pass to the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas next door, doesn't include parking. That's a flat fee of $35
