Location is excellent! Bed, shower, breakfast, amenities, all were great. The only thing is that since it’s pet friendly, there is obvious dog smell at the reception, kind of like a veterinary clinic, where it is clean, but the smell lingers on the mop. If you are a dog person, the smell won’t bother you! But if you are not, mmm.. I mean, it’s not unbearable, but probably will appreciate another location more.

This hotel has great potential.

Though the hotel could have been nice, the fact that my room was not clean (I had to change the bedding and there was hair in the shower), leftnmy stay wirh a lot to be desired. The area was wonderful, but the hotel is low on staff and those that were there, were new. Hopefully it will improve.

We have never stayed at a hotel this noisy. We barely slept. The breakfast was also the worst hotel breakfast we've encountered. Absolutely terrible. Staff was great, the hotel was spotless, but man does that not make up for sleep deprivation and bubble gut. Quiet hours? What are those?

Hotel was great, very clean. Room was very spacious and its great they have a kitchenette, it comes in handy. The bed was soft also which is hard to find in a hotel room. The parking provided is a pro and at no extra cost. Area is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is very good. The only con was the room service I had to ask twice to get my room serviced. Other than that hotel and staff were great, I would stay at this hotel again.

Customer service was great but the room was not clean. We checked in at 4pm after a long ride just to realize that the room was not clean. The entrance had spots all over, the bathroom tile had those spots as well. Even the shower tub had hairs. When we sat on the bed, we found a bug. I grabbed it with a napkin and took it to the front desk . The guy there was very kind and gave us a different room. Overall was fine but Just not the best experience for us .

Overall my family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff was very polite and friendly from the moment we walked in until our check out. The hotel was very clean the breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfortable that we were able to have a great and restful night. We will be back for sure!

No room keys. Needed the one staff member to let us in the room every time we left. The one staff member was handling it well. We had a big wet spot on our rug when we checked in and the air conditioner was really loud. The rooms had a bice layout and the bathroom was nice.
