The staff was courteous and professional. The room was spacious and for a high rise hotel they took pets. Great parking area and across the street from the Riverwalk. Great location. Definitely stay here again.

The fact that they let me check in early. The room is great. I didn't know that there was a microwave and a small refrigerator in there, but that's a plus. Lobby always looks good. I liked the facility, the view from our room, and restroom space in our room. Improvement should be made on the beds. Our mattress literally had two sink prints, where people slept so often, I guess. The bed was not comfortable. :( Thanks.
