The house was very nice on the inside neighborhood a little sketchy, but the cleanliness of the house was very subpar dirty washcloth left in the shower socks left in the drawers. We had to wash the sheets in one of the room had crumbs on them and no hand towels or washcloths we went and bought those. We left some so hopefully whoever stays in the next will have some.

The inside of the home is renovated nicely. The neighborhood was a little skeptical I was expecting it to be a better looking neighborhood but overall it was pretty quiet. The gate to enter the property was fairly hard to open and close and the outside patio was very dusty and had animal hair all on it so we really didn’t get a chance to enjoy that. I wasn’t aware there wasn’t any silverware so it made it difficult to eat out take home food from the restaurant we visited. And there was also no face towels so we went and purchased some. The location is fairly close to downtown so that was cool.

Great Stay in a Neighborhood on the Rise

My family of four (2 adults/2 Teens) really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is fantastic—close to the Riverwalk, Alamodome, Tower of Americas, The Pearl, etc. making it convenient and fun. The interior is cozy and the decor is updated/modern - it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (except an icemaker). It’s worth noting that the neighborhood is in the process of gentrification, so you may notice a mix of beautifully renovated homes and a few that are still in transition, including a boarded-up house directly across the street. While this might not appeal to everyone, we found it to be a quiet and safe area, and it’s exciting to see the neighborhood starting to evolve. The property manager, Christopher, was so responsive. When the batteries in the thermostat weren't working, he sent a foreman out the next day to fix and all was well. If you're open to staying in a place with character and are focused on enjoying the convenience and charm of the home itself, this is a great choice. We would stay here again.

This property is conveniently located near downtown, its about 7 min drive to downtown offering easy access to everything. Quiet neighborhood featuring a mix of vintage homes and new modern construction. The beautiful home has a spacious main bedroom with an elegant bathroom. ☆ Perfect host communication ☆Memory foam beds in all rooms ☆Flexible Early Check-in Will definitely book again! n access and stylish living."

Delicious comfort

What an amazingly beautiful home. Yes, it is exactly as the photos show! The kitchen is wonderful and so much fun to cook in. But nothing is as much fun as the master bedroom and bath! What a wonderful anniversary gift staying here was. The neighborhood liked sketchy at first but it's super quiet all the time. And it is super close to everything. Patricia was a gracious hostess and communicated brilliantly.
