The Space:
Welcome to our charming industrial farmhouse, where the blend of exposed piping, vintage lighting, and rustic décor creates a unique ambiance that pays homage to San Antonio's rich history. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is bathed in natural light, offering a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third walk-through bedroom with two queen beds. The spacious living area boasts ample seating, including a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa and two plush chairs, and a 50" SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, but with a variety of nearby restaurants, takeout is also a convenient option to enjoy on the private backyard patio with a pool. Experience year-round enjoyment in the backyard, whether lounging on the deck, seeking shade under mature trees, or taking a refreshing dip in the pool.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
Thee house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so driving is recommended. Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

There is a shed located behind the home where our local manager keeps yard equipment and supplies. He may access the backyard and shed occasionally to retrieve items. We will notify guests in advance if he accesses the shed during a stay.
