The house was clean and the water was hot. Very comfy accommodations for a girl’s trip. We especially liked the living room and dining table for long, uninterrupted conversation. Short drive to downtown Boerne which had plenty shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, especially the mattresses were great after our long bike ride. Easy access to the Old Number 9 Greenway for our ride. Great kitchen, dinning room and living room for guests during the day and our Birthday dinner after. Plenty of parking for guests.

The place was just OK. We stayed for over 2 weeks and was disappointed. Not enough supplies for 2 people who were there that long. Ran out of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags after 1 week The BBQ was unusable as it was propped up against the fence and not movable without its falling apart, also rusted out. The oven was dirty and greasy, the roaches in the house was disgusting. Found 4! We reached out to the host and he said he would call someone to come and spray but that did not happen. Beds were comfy , location was great

This house met all of our needs. It was the perfect size and close to all the places we visited in Boerne. It was nice and cozy and in a good neighborhood. We loved the back yard patio! I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there if visiting the city again.

Great place!

Great place to stay if you are visiting anywhere from Comfort to San Antonio! Super convenient location, great parking for plenty of cars, we had 5 trucks and had no issue! Place was very home-y. Has nerf guns and table games for late night fun! Very big back yard with complete privacy. Great neighbors, never had an issue with them over anything! And an awesome price!

Nice back yard and house was like a step back in time. Would have been nice if the yard had been mowed. We had to buy some air fresheners and the oven wasn’t clean. The host was great though. Apparently the house is listed for sale.

Tour de Boerne

Me and my two friends came for the annual bicycle ride, Tour de Boerne. House was spotless and had everyrhing needed for a great comfortable weekend. The house is very spacious and has everything needed to prepare meals. Nice big back yard with a covered porch, which is fantastic. Would definitely reccomend to anyone that was wanting to visit this great city.

It was good overall. Great location to the main street. The kitchen needs new pans and spatulas. We were not able to find the blender. The appliances are very good and updated. Good place to stay close to the town and it is very comfortable for a family/ the bedrooms are good size.Thanks.

House fit our needs & location was quiet. Jeff was very accommodating & fulfilled a special request that we had. We had an issue with VRBO that Jeff helped us with, even though we didn’t get any answers or resolution from VRBO, Jeff did what he could to help us out.
