Lackland AFB and SeaWorld San Antonio destinations! Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped vacation home. A single-story house with a perfect floor plan for families located a 2-minute drive from SeaWorld and 15 minutes from Lackland AFB, right inside the 1604 loop for BMT graduation visitors. You'll find everything you need just around the corner, with HEB Plus only 1.5 miles away. Downtown Riverwalk and San Antonio International Airport are less than a 30-minute drive, putting the best of the city within easy reach.

Enjoy the convenience of included utilities: water, AC, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry room, complimentary Starbucks coffee, snacks, and bottled water to welcome you. The cleaning fee is included in your nightly rate.

The open living room has a large sectional sofa-chaise to enjoy your favorite shows on a smart TV together. In the master bedroom, you will have a queen bed, a laptop desk, a walk-in closet, a 50-inch smart TV, kid's roller bedding, and a private bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a 40-inch smart TV, and a smaller walking closet. Guest bedroom #2 can sleep on 3 twin beds, a heavy-duty adult pop-up trundle bed set, a 32-inch TV with a DVD player, and a small walking closet.

Our fenced backyard is ideal for kids and pets and features a park-style grill for family barbecues. Our community enhances your stay with a swimming pool and a dedicated kid's pool, along with a children's playground park. The community pool welcomes guests seasonally, from just before Memorial Day until shortly after Labor Day.
Note: The pool is closed for maintenance on Wednesdays.

Booking with us means you'll be asked to sign a rental agreement, sharing a bit about you and your group. We pride ourselves on being pet-friendly—simply fill out our pet owner form to bring your furry friend along. To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and care of our property, we apply a taxable pet fee of $100.00 for each stay. This fee helps us provide the extra cleaning necessary to keep the home pristine for every guest. Please inform us about your pets when you book, so we can also prepare for their arrival!

Outstanding in every way

The house was amazing and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s less than 30mins to Fiesta Texas, The Alamo, botanical gardens and Seaworld is right outside the neighborhood. They had everything we needed from bottled water and cereal to towels and pool noodles and everything in between. If we could give it 10 stars we would.

Exactly right

The property was just right for our group. We only needed 2 bedrooms, and the queen size was perfect. The kitchen was the big surprise. There were plenty of dishes, pans, towels, utensils and a good stock of condiments. The stove was electric so I had to re-learn how to cook, but that was OK after a few days. Thank you for the sparkling cleanliness and the good supply of spare stuff.

Loved this place!

My wife, and i along with her aunt and our 2 dogs LOVED THIS PLACE! It was perfect for us. Nice fenced in backyard for our doggies to run freely. The house was immaculate. Communication with Maria and her sister Beatrice made it easy for ys and they were VERY responsive to our demands. I would definiteky recommend staying here.

Just as advertised – made for a great stay

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a great neighborhood pool. All furnishings were clean and comfortable, and the home was equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay — plenty of nice dishes, glasses, towels, coffee, tea, bottled water, pots and pans, kitchen appliances, etc. We even used the grill in the fenced backyard.

Loud neighbors and bad wifi

Neighbors are VERY CLOSE and loud all throughout the night! Wifi did not work the entire time! And be careful when booking with them! They tried to say we broke a small antenna and their small futon that was already broke when we got there !

Even better than I’d hoped for

This place is fantastic! We could not have had a nicer experience. The house was impeccably clean, well organized, and even nicer than I’d expected (the pictures don’t do it justice). The hosts have thought of everything you might need and they have it on site. At one point I really needed a safety pin and they happened to have one in the sewing kit they had. The supply closet had extra batteries for the remote. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into providing everything you might need. The hosts were also communicative and responsive. I had messaged them in advance that I’d have an infant with me to confirm the availability of a pack’n’play and high chair. They confirmed both items were on site and both were already set up for us when we arrived. Very thoughtful! I will definitely stay here again with my family when I go back to San Antonio. Highly recommended!

Very nice, quick trip to San Antonio

The 3 br, 2 bath house was just what we wanted. Everything we needed was there and even some extras like water and coffee. The garage was available for our car. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The house has a little yard for relaxing and grilling if desired.

Immaculate with all your needs

Very clean, organized and well stocked. If you enjoy traveling with your fur babies, this is the place to stay!! We were very pleased with a stocked fridge of bottled water along with coffee and some snacks-never experienced that before. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding if needed. The location was perfect as well!

Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from BMT. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with plenty of water, towels, blankets and toiletries to make our stay comfortable. Really good location. It was a short and easy drive to Lackland, but also close to Sea World, Six Flags and the airport. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Great Find in San Antonio

Wonderful home in a great location! Very close to Sea World. The property was just as described and very clean. Our family of four had more than enough room for a week in San Antonio. We had a wonderful week here. The house was clean, easy to check in/out, owner was easy to communicate, close to sea world and 15 minutes from downtown. The community pool was beautiful and .7 miles from the house. Overall a great house- we loved it.

Great trip to SeaWorld

Loved our visit to San Antonio and our stay at Lion King. Home is best supplied VRBO we have stayed at. Quick drive to SeaWorld. Bedrooms were separated so my husband and I had master bedroom and my son and wife and kids had two other bedrooms. Host was awesome.

Winter Getaway

My family (husband, mother and our dog) decided to get out of the cold for February and rented from Beatriz and Maria for the month. The house was perfect. It was clean, one level with a great layout and a fenced yard. We could not have been happier. Checking in and out was simple and any questions we had were quickly responded to. We would look to stay here again on a return trip.
