The room was very disappointing from the appearance of the room to the cleanliness. The floor was moist, the furniture was stained & torn, the bathrrom mirrors were dirty or maybe wiped with a dirty rag, there was half used lotion bottles left for us to use instead of replinished with new bottle. But when we first arrived at our room we notice the door to the room looked as if it had been tampered with as if someone had tried to break in to the room. There was a gap in the door & it did not close all the way for privacy. But what worried me was that the top lock did not catch & did not lock properly. I went to the front desk & they sent a very nice maintenance person who fixed it quickly. We only stayed 2 nights & didnt spend much time there other than to sleep so we endured the short stay. However this is a place id never consider again. The exterior was nice as qas the lobby & staff we encountered. The beds were comfortable & the bedding was clean. Its not a place for a family getaway & id certainly not recommend to single female travelers.

The room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed one of the best, most restful nights I’ve had. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. This is one of the best pet-friendly hotels I’ve experienced. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
