Spacious home for a family getaway to San Antonio. Close to everything!

Due to Texas mandate of HomeAway tax remittance starting 1 April 2019 VRBO/HomeAway will remit taxes to the state directly. However the City and county of San Antonio requirements must be paid by the property owner (10.75%). Please call Homeaway/VRBO if you have any additional questions. I do apologize as the property owner...we were not asked nor have any control of this Governmental change.

You won't be disappointed. Our home is located 3 miles from Lackland BMT graduation and a great place to relax and enjoy time with your Airman! Very spacious and great for families. Private. You won't have to rush to get to your Airman's BMT graduation! And less then a mile from grocery stores and many restaurants. Have a backyard BBQ/playset. TV's in every room. Loft "movie room". Close to Sea World, the San Antonio Zoo, Six Flags, the Riverwalk and more!! Pets are welcome (a non-refundable pet fee). Wal Mart is right around the corner for all of your needs. Several churches of many denominations near. We go out of our way to make sure all of your needs are met from the start.

Our Host was great, alway answered our questions real quick. The house had everything we needed and really appreciated the floor fans in each bedroom as that is what we are use to go to sleep with. The home is as pictured. It is a spacious home and has plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors seem friendly. There is a Walmart and restaurants nearby which made our stay considerably easier for us. Tina was a great host, we had an issue with the televisions and the issue was resolved, we greatly appreciated the support. It’s a great home and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and a wonderful home away from home.

We all loved the stay and it was so much better for BMT Graduation at Lackland for the Air Force. Easy hop on 410 and you are at Lackland in minutes. We had fun, had everything we needed. TV and WiFi was terrific, the dining room was wonderful for hearing stories about the past 7.5 weeks. If and when we head to San Antonio again I will look this listing up again. Thank you!

Great property. Well maintained and equipped for our stay. No surprises, just quite hospitable.Garbage disposal wasn't working when we arrived. We removed a washcloth and small piece of metal. All was well when we left.

Clean and Relaxing

The home is as pictured. We were there to visit family and spent minimal time in the home, but it was clean and this home will equip large families. It has four bedrooms with two full baths and a well furnished loft for families to enjoy upstairs. Master bedroom with a full bath and a half bath located downstairs as well. This home is well kept for a rental and we greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Family vacation

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. Two family areas were really nice and large fenced back yard. Gave our family of 9 plenty of space. Lots of small kitchen appliances, pots, pans and dinnerware. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't want for anything. The pool was closed but my son discovered there are about 20, free, open to the public pools located around town. The 2 we visited were nice and located in parks. It was a perfect week. Thank you Tina for making our stay so enjoyable.

Excellent Choice

We could not have ben happier with our choice to stay at this location. The host was excellent and was always prompt to answer any questions that we had. The check-in was quick and easy. The house was everything that the listing said it was. It was clean, immaculate and in a very well kept and guarded sub division. Wal-Mart is only about a 5 minute drive away and it is only about a 10 minute drive to get to several very good places to eat. The house has everything in it that you will need to live and be comfortable. All you need to bring with you is your clothes. We would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to San Antonio and looking for a place to stay. It is very rommie and spacious for a large family. We give this place and the hosts a 5 Star rating.

Perfect location for Air Force BMT Graduation

Our experience was excellent. All as described, 5 bedrooms with smart TVs in each room, 2 beds in master bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms. Excellent and quick communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Family Time

We chose this house as there were a total of 8 adults, six kids, and three small dogs meeting up from three different cities. Tina, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. The house was just the right size with the perfect amount of beds. The upstairs is fairly large, enough to contain and entertain six kids for a while, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The backyard has plenty of room to run around. We felt very comfortable and cozy! Definitely will consider staying here again. Thank you!

BMT graduation trip

Loved that the house is 10 min from base. Traffic is Crazy and it was great not having to get up earlier to do the drive. Really close to Walmart and grocery store. The house had everything we needed (besides food). Big enough for our group to hang out with our airman!

The house was the perfect size for our extended family. We were in town for my son’s graduation from Air Force basic training. It was a good location to be close to base. Also conveniently located to Wal-Mart to grab essentials and food.

This property was simply fantastic for attending our daughter's Air Force Basic graduation. Super close to base and other convenient amenities in an established and quiet neighborhood. The owners were supportive and very communicative. Highly recommended!
