I can only speak for the room that I was given, but my room did not match what was advertised on the website at all, not even close. From the broken cabinetry to the stains on the sofa to the old, dated overall look of my room… Do better.

The room wasn’t as clean as I was hoping. The shower head had some water deposits that looked like mold. It would have been better if it wasn’t carpeted. It was decent for the price and parking was free. It is located near a bus stop so it makes it easy to get around using public transportation. There are also some fast food and other restaurants within walking distance. It is also walking distance from a target. The free breakfast is as not very good though. But at least they had yogurt and some fruit options. The staff was kind and courteous.

The room was spacious and cozy! But the restroom was extremely small and needed some upgrades. The television was oddly positioned to where you were not able to view from the couch or eating area. Other than that the room was very clean and cozy!

Para hacer el check in no puedes hacerlo ni 5 minutos antes yo fui si podía hacer el check in un poco antes porque venía de un viaje largo me dijeron que hablara como a las 2:30 y me dijeron que no se podía que eran polizas del hotel entonces porque me dijeron que hablara a pero para el check out íbamos sacando nuestras cosas a las 10 de la mañana y ya estaban preguntado que cuarto era nosotros dijimos que todavía no nos íbamos a mi esposo le preguntaron tres veces eran como las 10:45 y le fueron a tocar a mi esposo y le abrieron el cuarto y todavía no era hora del check out muy mal que te estén apurando si el check out era hasta las 12 y a las 10 ya estaban molestando

Staff were amazing but the Tim was not. Sinks kept backing up. No pressure to the water in the shower. And I had no washcloths and called multiple times. Didn’t get them so I had to teach them down. One of the elevators was broke so it took awhile to get up or downstairs. Poor upkeep.
