The property location is great and parking was super close. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the noise. You can hear everything outside. They had a white noise machine in the room which was helpful to try and block some of the noise but it was still loud at night.

Arrived early and I was able to check in. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I had a bit of trouble with the code to the room and they were able to assist rather quickly. The room was beautiful and clean, super spacious. The only thing I will say is the hallway to the room is a little outdated and not as clean. Also, you can hear every noise going out on the street. The Riverwalk is less than 100 ft from the hotel. Super convenient location and close to everything! I was able to get complimentary late check out. I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything great except the valet parking. Do not get the valet. It’s not covered, it’s expensive, and you’ll wait forever for the car to be parked and retrieved. Park at the lot down the road.

The staff always free fly and helpful. Love the location and how close it is to the Alamodome, Riverwalk, Alamo, restaurants and more. A lot of places are walkable from this location. I felt secure in this establishment and loved the features m/amenities in the room.
