Internet was down so took forever to get checked in. Was told that I could leave, come back, or call to get room. Or could get refund. Room absolutely stunk from previous folks cooking. And the hallway smell was overpowering with mint because they were trying to overcome the bad smell…

Staff has attitudes with you sometimes, the smoke alarms go off for no reason and are so loud, for myself who has a dog in the room. It causes them anxiety and lucky i happen to be there to get her out of there quickly. Theres no compassion from the staff that my dog is scared out of her mind as is shaken up. Also they advertise dogs are welcome but never mentioned there is a 200 dollar fee for them anywhere.
