3 blocks from beach! Brand new, this is a two bed room fully furnished living space with a bathroom, shower and kitchen with a living room. Six beds and a pullout couch that sleep up to ten people. The living room contains a comfy couch, coffee table, and smart tv. Included in the apartments are personal washer and dryers to use if needed. Each bedroom contains its own smart tv and fan. Beach accessories coming soon! (surf boards, boogie boards, etc) Located in the heart of Pacific Beach. Walking distance from beach, variety of restaurants, and night life.

Clean, host was cool an simple, losts of bars and food around. Beach is a little further then it sounds. FYI one car parking spot, any other vehicle would have to pay to park at a different location.

Great location

Small but cozy apartment with everything you need to be comfortable. Fit all 6 of us and was walking distance to pacific beach. We rented bikes as everything was nearby, convenient stores, shopping, bars, food, beach etc. Host was very friendly, accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Not Quite What We Expected... Don't do it.

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match our expectations. The host was polite enough, and the space was generally clean, aside from discovering a dirty pair of socks. However, the property itself was much smaller than the photos suggested, which was a bit disappointing.One major issue was the noise from nearby clubs. It was SO AWFUL. The music played late into the night, making it really difficult to get a good night's sleep, as you could feel the base in your bones. It was that loud. I wish this had been mentioned in the listing, as it significantly impacted our stay. I even reached out to the owner afterward to express our concerns, but I never received a response.I also found it a bit unusual that we had to pick up the keys from a nearby liquor store—not a huge deal, but something to be aware of.When booking, I saw mostly positive reviews and chose to discount the few that mentioned issues. In hindsight, this was a mistake, as those reviews were not exaggerating. Had it been possible, we would have checked out early.Overall, I’d advise potential guests to take all reviews seriously and consider whether this property is the right fit for their needs.

Weekend stay

Very satisfied with our stay, host was very polite, quick response and very accommodating. The place was very clean, well stocked. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. I would mention the parking is a small area with only access to one vehicle per unit however it is gated to make it safe. Overall very satisfied.

Rough start but ended up great!

Communication was nonexistent regarding the check-in process so we basically showed-up because they were not responsive to number listed and the emails. A little anxiety producing. Apparently it was an oversight. They own the liquor store connected to the property. Once it was sorted out, they were apologetic and really very helpful and the rest of our stay was great. True, it is more of a party area but we felt very safe and my kids 6-11 really enjoyed it during the day. We weren’t really out much at night anyway. It’s a really fun location and very clean. One of the easiest check-out processes of all the places we’ve stayed! Again, rough start but was handled very quickly and they were very accessible after that with any questions and help.

Not ideal for families

First of all, location is right off street from bars. Second, it is in the back of a liquor store. Third, the parking is really tight. Fourth, it is set up for parties. Would not recommend for families. Owner was responsive and undertanding so pluse there and the place is true to the pictures, cute, new, updated on the inside but the outside/nightlife is not suitable for kids. We ended up checking out 2 days early after one night.

Newly remodeled super cute ! Greatly cleaned and had everything we needed. Perfect spot, we were able to walk everywhere including to the beach that’s right there! Owners are very nice and own the liquor store that’s in front of the apartments. Your car is right there as well and locked inside the gate with you, was not worried about our stuff at all. Great place to stay !

Nice Family stay

Very clean. Convenient location to Beach,shops reastaurants. Easy check in and excellent kitchen facility to make breakfast and coffee. Could have prepared a full dinner if we wanted. Clean and comfortable bedding.
