The bed was comfortable and had great cover for the full windows/sunlight. The top level terrace was an amazing view and staff was excellent. The noise from the street however, was so interruptive of sleep up until 1-2am consistently, it was not a place we can stay at and have early morning commitments and full/long days of plans.

The woman at the front desk was exceptionally happy and responsive. As soon as I walked in the front door and spoke to her, I knew I would love this place. We only stayed one night, but it was very clean and cozy. I would highly recommend it.

Staying in Gaslamp District can always be noisey. This hotel is nice however my room window had a crack in it and you can hear all the traffic pretty well coming from the street. Bedroom window was fine. Suite was pretty and LOVED the rooftop deck

The staff were super friendly! They definitely care for their customers. Had a bad interaction with someone from across the street yelling obscene words and they came out and made sure we were okay while we got our stuff loaded in.
