The property seemed a bit dated, but overall the employees were nice and helpful. It was also close to the airport so that eas a big plus and had fee parking. Was grateful to have an option for breakfast as well. The bathroons were nicely decorated I felt however,for a hilton, the rooms were very plain, and average looking. The price was right! we

We were assigned room 126. If this is ever the case at this hotel, ask to change rooms immediately, unless you need to be up at 4:30 am. The noise from the kitchen was unbearable and the banging of the plates went on non stop for the next three hours. This room is also adjacent to the elevators and back door, not a great combo. Wasn't a great night stay!

I found dirt and paper garbage underneath chair when moving it closer to the window. After letting them know twice it was never cleaned even when room cleaned (I was there for 6 nights). Restaurant not as good as before (I've stayed here 5 times). No water bottles given daily, when I mentioned at checkout was told they give you 2 bottles at check in only (no matter how long you stay), did not receive at check in either.

Was a very good sray, medical reasons, they worked hard to accomdate everything we asked Was impressed with restaurant food & service, although it is small and limit hours and selections, but very satisfactory to stay in. . Location very convenient to access freeways, food, stores, and the great area of Old Town San Diego.

No way to turn off air. Sound of air blowing all the time is very annoying. Thermos stat doesnt really controll temperature. Staff not helpful at all with this matter. You would think they would have higher standards for Hilton.
