We've stayed before and always enjoy it here. The rooms are small but always clean and all the team members are super friendly. It's a perfect place in Little Italy.

Room a/c was full of dust/moldy, desk worker showed me 3 more rooms all with the same issues, i worked in the maintenance field and always check because of allergies etc. The girl at the front desk did refer me to another hotel of which I am grateful.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Both were good experiences. Clean, basic hotel with friendly staff and great location. Transit close by we walked about 2 blocks to the station and quite literally feet away from Little Italy entrance. Farmers market right outside the front door every Saturday was an extra bonus.

Cute hotel in a perfect location right at entrance to Little Italy. Close to great restaurants. Nice coffee shop downstairs. Staff very nice. At least for now there is a small parking garage underground. I read that this may be taken out so check with the hotel directly.

Staff was great. Very small room, but great location. Bathroom had a stench upon arrival. Fire alarm was low on batteries, so randomly started beeping around 3AM. No on call help so we were told to take care of it ourselves. Parking was unavailable but understandable because of the holiday. Did get a later checkout.

Room was a little dirty, one of the cabinet doors was broken and a light switch wasnt working correctly but other than that, great place to stay. The beds were insanely comfortable and they had a couple different pillows with different firmnesses on each bed.

SMALL ROOM BUT CLEAN, WELL APPOINTED. EXCELLENT LOCATION IN LITTLE ITALY CLOSE TO MULTIPLE RESTAURANTS. ALSO, WE STAYED FRIDAY NIGHT AND WOKE UP TO THE REGULAR STREET FAIR WHICH OCCURS EVERY SATURDAY ON W. DATE STREET.MANY VARIED STREET VENDORS, MUSIC FOOD. ALSO HAD A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST AT THE MORNING GLORY RESTAURANT ACROSS THE STREET FROM LA PENSIONE HOTEL. HE ONLY SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE TO HAVE A VENDING MACHINE - SNACKS/DRINKS - IN THE HOTEL.
