The front desk clerk Naomi was so courteous and helpful in securing my wife and I a room with a slight view of the bay. Excellent employee. Please commend her! Kudos to her! Our room was immaculate. The other employee I like to commend would be Ernest the shuttle driver, so helpful and courteous with a great smile!

Clean room and accessible to port as we were going on a cruise. Although disappointed with staff as we arrived hour early for check and would not let us check into our room but gave others early check in. The wait in the line at reception was very busy not enough staff on and they were not friendly.

Room was clean hotel over all was great.only thing that i didn't like was having to pay for parking i was told there would be free parking available on street close by but that was not the case .

There was a music festival the first night. We could hear and feel the beat of the base last at night. I tripped on the glass shower rail on the floor and fell. Ouch!
