The place was convenient, however the room had a very bad smell when you turn in the water in the bathroom sink. Had to buy water to brush my teeth. The staff was nice! The restaurant food upfront was not the best.

It was a pleasant stay…the people associated with the hotel very nice.(Cynthia and Darrell to name a couple) I didn’t really interact with the staff. I wish I had known microwaves were an option but I think I would stay there again. It was a convenient location.

Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable, located in great location. Price was reasonable. We did have a very distasteful thing happen that warrants warning to future guests. We arrived early after flight from E coast. When leaving bags for day (easy), we were approached by concierge. We were invited to what seemed like e an innocuous free welcome breakfast. It slowly evolved into what was going to be a time share pressure pitch, requiring a credit card to attend and an apparent need to know out yearly income. We tapped out. Before going (they ubered us to a diff location), we asked if this was what it as...but were assured it was not. To be blunt, we would never stay at that hotel again given misleading recruitment we experienced.

Property was not in the best condition. Carpet was worn and detached. The A/C in the room barely worked. The TV only had a couple channels to watch and there was no TV guide for the channels. The mirrors in the room were badly placed in location and height. I was supposed to have a bay view, but there was a huge palm tree right in front of the balcony, blocking the view.

Great customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. However the bed was not a queen like we requested. The only thing missing was a microwave. Other than that the location and service was wonderful.
