This is a nice smaller hotel with valet parking available. My daughter and I felt safe and did some shopping and went to a concert at the chase center. Would definitely stay again

A hotel was average what I did not like was they charge me a destination hotel fee $41. For valet parking it was $55 plus tax .

Loved this hotel and it will now be our go to! very hip, clean and right in the middle of everything. Especially loved the generous sized rooms. Only disappointment was comfort of mattress. Possible that we may have just gotten a worn out one.

This past weekend, my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Hotel Zelos, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Our room was spotless, and Anish went above and beyond by leaving us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate. We upgraded to the spa room, which was incredible and offered a beautiful view. Valet service was quick and convenient, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore nearby bars, shops, and even enjoy dinner at our favorite restaurant, Crustaceans. Thank you, Hotel Zelos, for making our anniversary so special!

Very quiet (sound proofed), spacious rooms for downtown, very convenient for public transport especially the Chase Center. Clean and comfortable and very nice staff. Downtown SF has a terrible homeless problem and in front of the hotel is no exception. That's the only issue but it's the same in any big city these days. The hotel was a great choice for a weekend visit.
