Yes indeed , there was a big problem. Three days without power for 6-7 hours. We were not warned until the third day. We stayed on 6th floor, had to do stairs in the dark_ literally!. My husband has psoriactic arthritis and nearly fell twice.

“The stay was good, and the hotel facilities and surrounding areas were very well maintained. However, I do have one complaint: it has been almost 15 days since I checked out, and the security deposit has still not been returned to me. The amount of time that has passed is excessive, and when I call to ask for an update or an explanation, no one answers. This is very frustrating and unacceptable.”

There was either child or iguana defecation in the pool. There were so many people staying there, Aquarius is next to and shares the pool with the Embassy Hilton. The breakfast, for which we paid $21 the first day was terrible.

This was the absolute worse stay i ever had the bedding was dirty and stained the jacuzzi was dirty and when turned on it leaked all over there were 2 towels damp and stained the room smelled moldy the bed felt wet on top of it being hard. id never come back and never would i recommend this place the pictures on line are not what you see in person. I rate this place a 1 and thats cause theres no zero option

Didn’t received information about how parking works, they gave me a paper to put in dash but didn’t informed me about the ticket to come in and out, second day the hall was flooded, I came back to my room to no towels and couldn’t call front desk, restaurant and bar at the pool was closed all time and beach wasn’t pleasant so we only slept there.
